This morning, BT released a list of 500 exchanges which have been given trigger levels to aim for. It was previously announced that it was to be 400..

However there is little to celebrate in Morayshire. Not one exchange in the Moray area has ben given a trigger. This is very dissappointing! Also there is no information as to when another list of triggers will be released. (not until 2004 anyway ).
