Last weekend, BT Scotland announced details
of 5 exchanges in the Highlands and Islands, which would be upgraded
to ADSL Broadband without reaching a trigger level. 3 of the exchange
being enabled are in Morayshire.
Congratulations!
There are no ready for service dates for these exchanges yet, but
they will be posted here as soon as they are announced (in about
2 weeks time).
The Go-Live date will probably be around Feb/March 2004.
For those of you wondering what's happened to Lhanbryde and why
it is not being upgraded to ADSL. Don't worry there is still hope!
The best thing to do is to keep encouraging people to register their
interest on this site. We need all the support we can get. That
way we can show BT just how much demand there really is in Lhanbryde!
